This in mind..
…Viveka took the first true step to manage her own capabilities in 2012 when she founded Wevando Consulting, to share her will, drive and competences for the benefit of others with the same aim, need and courage to grow. Today Viveka is still running and developing management consultancy company Wevando providing executive advisory and execution in the form of business and leadership development, executive mentorship and board assignments. The main drive is to develop people, teams and businesses, and help them grow, which Viveka has often practised in start-up and transformational change situations.

As a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and International Economics from Uppsala University, and with a background from the financial industry and leading positions in SEB and MTG, Viveka has developed extensive experience within international business, executive leadership and strategic HR.
She has executed assignments in multiple business cycles with various functions; as CEO and business unit manager, as HR and CSR manager, and as country manager including expatriation abroad (France and Netherlands). Viveka is presently Chairman of the Board of Fair Investments and partner of Stockholm Business Angels in addition to investing in start-ups with competence, support and Advisory Board membership.
